PAN DE MANZANA

PAN DE MANZANA.

1k de manzanas.
5 huevos
1/2 taza de aceite
1 cdita de royal
3 tazas de harina de trigo.

Manera de hacer.


Pelar las manzanas y rebanarlas medianamente.
Cubrir con ellas un refratario gde retangular.
Mezclar los huevos, el aceite, la harina cernida
y royal.
Vaciar la mezcla sobre la manzana.
Hornear a 180 grados por 30 m.
Poner por encima azucar mezclada
con canela.


PD: Las manzanas son cortadas en redondo.
